P6030059.
A very foggy day with a little bit of rain shower in Baguio.

P6030086.
On our way to La Trinidad Strawberry Farm. No idea why, but I'm always happy to go somewhere to photograph.

P6030128 P6030129.
Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad. Located about 30 minutes from baguio. Rain shower never seemed to stop but because of the weather sealing of the Olympus OM-D E-M5 and the M.Zuiko 12-50mm f3.5-6.3 ED, I was never worried about the camera. Unlike when I was using the Pen E-P2 or the Nikon D50, I always used to cover the camera with my hand. This Time, I just didn't care and shot without worries.

P6030133.
Probably tourists picking Strawberries.

P6030187.
Near evening and still showering with rain. Tourists and locals pack the Zola Resto Cafe to avoid the rain and have good dinner or snack.

P6030193.
Finally I get to shoot street photography in Baguio. With the City packed with tourists and locals, the sidewalks are busy and street photography is easier because of the crowded sidewalks.

P6030202.
Love how the people did not care about me taking their fotos while they pass by. I had the camera on eye level and was just shooting and shooting.

P6030203.
Shooting while people pass by the window. This are of Koreans passing by the korean restaurant we are going to eat at. Love how the city looks in B&W.

P6030210.
While we wait for our cousin to find a parking space. I decided to take some more street fotos. The street was buzzing with people and umbrellas. Though it was getting really dark I am really glad that the OM-D E-M5's high ISO is a lot cleaner than my old D50 or E-P2, and handles the noise quite well. Fotos are taken above ISO 6400, something I would never do with the E-P2. Though this are edited fotos, the original images were still excellent, I just prefer it to have less noise thus the noise reduction done with lightroom. Still, a lot better than my E-P2 or previous Nikon D50.

P6030219 P6030223.
After dinner. Went to take some street shots again. On the left is of some empty street and the right is of my Uncle, Aunt and Aunt's sister eating cheese ice cream which they bought at 7 eleven.

--------------------------------------

After getting my Olympus OM-D E-M5 with kit lens 12-50mm, I have finally tested it in real life and is very happy with it. I love this camera! worth every penny! Compared to my Olympus Pen E-P2, it's faster at focusing; better high ISO (usable even up to 12800 in my opinion); it looks great, retro looking (Justin even thought it was film); two dials for shutter and aperture, or shutter and exposure compensation, or aperture and exposure compensation; Colours are excellent, I didn't even have to edit some of the fotos posted here; and lastly it's weather proof which let's me shoot under rain without being so concerned about it.

On the other hand, It's start up time is slow; EVF to LED Screen or vice versa is also slow; Power switch is awkwardly placed; and battery is not as long as I hoped it to be (think the Pen E-P2 has a longer battery life, but fortunately for me, I was able to buy an original Olympus OM-D battery with it).

Conclusion, if you want a compact camera with interchangeable lens and can't wait for the pro version. Get the OM-D E-M5. It's decently priced, weather proof and has 1080p video. You won't regret it.
